I tired. Yeah.

Well, my two best friends haven't been getting along very well. They're doing better now than they were earlier, but I've been having to play peace-keeper and it's rather depressing. I just don't like to see my two best friends in the world fighting. It sucks. But I think they just need a break for the time being, so I'll continue to be the go-between for as long as they need me to be. Bleph, teenage angst.

On the other hand, I might get to go to the filming of the NEW Celtic Thunder show in Toronto in October! 8D 8D 8D I'm very excited! Since it's so close to my birthday (September 25th, with the show on October 1st) I might ask for tickets for my seventeenth. I hope there'll be Meet and Greets... if there are, I'll try to get them. I don't care that this is on a school-day; it's a once in a life-time oppurtunity! 83

Trying my best to get my brother's and my Ireland trip organized, even if it is a bit early yet. I've made a list of stuff to see, but it's really long, so I'm not going to post it here. If you guys really want to hear what I've got on the list, just comment and I'll post it in another journal.

So yeah. To save up for this trip, I'm really penny-pinching right now. I've cleaned out my closet to have a yard sale, inventoried my Pokemon cards (although they're apparently not worth much, so that's disappointing), exchanged my pennies for 'real' money, and am making crafts to sell like crazy! X3 I even found ten pennies on the ground at the flea-market the other day! I picked 'em all up!

Four more days to go until Celtic Thunder releases the 'Take Me Home' CD and DVD... I've set aside some cash for that. :3

1. Riza (I really enjoy his struggles, his triumphs, his falls... The humour, the romance, his mistakes and his... Not-mistakes... I just find him incredibly real and relatable in his draconity (for lack of a better word). )
2. Zircon (again, I love his vulnerability, his... Humanity, even though he's not actually human, and again the Dragon in a human's body struck a cord with me)
3. Faye (tragic love story = win)
4. Papira (so cute!)
5. Carbeth (I find I can relate to his affections for Kit not being returned, and his desperation to prove his worth to her... I've had a few guys like that, but I discovered eventually that they were either jerks or had habits I couldn't stand so I got over them, thankfully before I got into a relationship with them.)
6. Kira (Also loved the reality... that despite all her struggles and loss, she eventually finds her happy ending. )

Prob'ly over Kira's bad temper or social skills or something. I'll just tell them both to shut up and get over it and we'll watch movies and eat popcorn. X3

No one. We'll carefully ration the food, and if there's still not enough, we'll draw straws to see who gets cannibalized.

... I've had a crush on Damian McGinty (#9) since the concert in April... But I've never met him so it hardly counts.

11. Riza bought new pants for you but there a size too small. Darksight bought you pants too big. Why would these two buy you pants in the first place? lol

I have no idea, but it's no wonder that they got the wrong sizes... Riza can't read, so he prob'ly just grabbed something off the shelf, and Darksight's blind!

12. If you could have Faye in a cage in your basement....would you do it?

No. I like Dragons flying free much better.

13. If you said yes to the previous question, what would happen if Silvergold was put in the cage too?

Knowing Silvergold's tendency to hit on female Dragons, I don't want to know.

14. Kira and Damian want to cook dinner. Describe what happens.

... Well, hopefully Kira can cook, but I don't know about Damian... I think at worst, they'd set the kitchen on fire, put out the burnt food with a fire extinguisher and order take-out.

15. What song makes you think of Carbeth? What song makes you think of Weaverbird?

Carbeth: You Belong with Me, by Taylor Swift. The whole un-reciprocated love and stuff like that. (couldn't find the link to the song, but I'm sure most of you have heard this one. )
